DO REX
DO REX is a clear coat product. Purely on water based chemistry. 100% feasible for food grade vessels, with tested & verified. The application is either by spray
or by dip coating both. It has excessive pencil hardness with top most glossy finish. Generally this product is used as Double coating system after electrophoretic lacquring on Decorative items & jewelry for long lasting durability & life. The product can be used with different combinations or mixing ratios. But as per customers reviews the best results are derived on 60 (DO REX) : 40 (DM water) ratio. Dip the substrate for 40 seconds and there after hot air blowing for 5-10 minutes. There on oven stoving at 160℃ for 30 minutes.
ANTI REX
ANTI REX is a anti tarnish component and the process is simple dipping of the substrate in the bath of ANTI REX at room temperature and rinse out the extra material in a dryer at the temperature of 80 degree for 10 Minutes. Also It is a perfect anti corrosive material.
COREX 828
COREX 828 is a matte finish Black top coat. The excellent performance and wonderful pencil hardness with simple baking at 120 degree for 30 minutes. Hence it is a best cost saver too for the industrial components and also the black matte coating gives extra quality coat for longer life.
COREX 909
COREX 909 is a industrial Black top coat material. As more to elaborate, it can be better defined as a replacement to powder coatings with extra additional features and this material also has super elasticity, hence it coats all the curved and plain areas in uniformity. After spray application the substrate is cured at a temperature of 150 Degree for 30 Minutes so as result the extra ordinary Pencil hardness is obtained.
