AVIATOR PLUS is lacquer for performance based on Acrylic chemistry approximately cent present. It is slightly blended with Polyurethane chemistry. So, as this performance lacquer gives gloss of 98% with the pencil hardness of 5H. The lacquer Non Volatile content is 28 and solids content around 33. ADRT-All Durability Resistance Test is 15% at the DFT of 21.70μm on the Tin panel with mixture of dye around 2% per kg. The test results tested & verified when bath is prepared at the solids of 10 with the ratio of 36 Lacquer : 64 Demineralized water and the Refractive Index 16. Voltage kept at 65 volts and Electrophoretic Lacquering done for 25 seconds. The oven stoving done at 150° for 55 minutes. The lacquer preferably applied on Brass, Copper, zinc alloy or any other type of metal jwellery as chains & chain items etc. with fine engraved carving.Our PU Lacquer CUSTOMIZED is best option, to add with this Acrylic Lacquer at ratio of 100 gm per 1kg.
RAPID X
RAPID-X is also performance lacquer with major inclination to Acrylic at 75% and PU at 25% combination. In this lacquer specialty additive is used to get more density on coating. The Lacquer is blended at 59% solids and Non volatile content at 53 percentage. The required ratio for making bath at the solids of 10 is 190 gm Lacquer and 810 gm demineralized water for 1 liter perparation. With respect to this ratio the reflective index achieved is 16 degree. For lacquering Tin panel with 65 voltage 25 seconds and oven stoving 150º to 55 minutes.The results are excellent. The pencil hardness achieved was 6H, Gloss 81% and DFT of 23.2 microns. ADRT-All Durability Resistance Test got 20%. This Electrophoretic coating Lacquer is specialized to use for statues, Handicraft, lron based jewelry or Zesta based items or say on the sustrate where we need strong hammering test results.
TUFF X 60
Customer desiring excessive Gloss around 94% with maximum solids at 59% and non volatile percentage around 53. Then the perfect match is this product named as TUFF-X 60. Here the product is blended with 70% Acrylic & 30% PU. During the Lab Trials bath ratio perpared at the solids of 10 with percentage ratio of 19% Lacquer and Demineralized water at 81% quantity. The minimum achievable Refractive Index is 15º. ADRT-All Durability Resistant Test resulted at 40%. And the pencil Hardness we got is 6H. As TUFF-X 60 is amicableto use with Dye as well as Clear Lacquer for E-Coating product. On lacquering the substrate at the Voltage of 65 Volts & 25 seconds. And after that Oven curing with an continuous temperature of 150º & 55 minutes The DFT results 22.60 micron. CUSTOMIZED
CUSTOMIZED Lacquer is best option for customer desiring PU Lacquer for performance perpose. It is a lacquer with quite major inclination around 40 % to PU Lacquer and 60% towards Acrylic. The solid content are 63% and non volatile contents are 57 %. Uses of this lacquer is mostly on statues, vessels, handcrafts, and heavy decorative for the base material made of iron, merable , Zesta, zinc and zinc alloys. ADRT-All Durability Test Resistant Test are 45% when the bath ratio prepared at the solids of the 10 with 18% lacquer and 82% Demineralized water for 1 litter preparation. Refractive index observed 15° plus. Since the product has some special additives, it gives DFT 27.2 micron at voltage of 65 and 25 during lacquering. The oven curing done at 150° to 55 minutes. The product has excellent hardness around 8H and the gloss of 84 percentage. This lacquer can be with use with dye or for E-coating as for clear coat.
ULTRA SHINE PRO
ULTRA SHINE PRO is a performance lacquer with Acrylic at 75% and PU at 25% combintion. The Lacquer is blended at 50% sollids and Non Volatile content is 45 percentage. The desired ratio for making bath at the solids of 10 is 220 gm Lacquer and 780 gm Demineralized water for 1 liter preparation. With respect to this ratio the reflective index achieve is 15 degree. On lacquering Tin panel with 65 voltage 25 seconds and oven stoving 150º to 55 minutes. The out come results are excellent. The pencil hardness is 6H, Gloss 80% at DFT of 26.8 microns. ADRT-All durability Resistance Test is 25%. This Phoretic lacquer specialized to use for oxidized Brass, Copper, other metal heavy jewelry.
