The baking temperature is 120 degree 30 minutes gives excellent coating performance. The nail scratch is a remarkable property. High coating thickness with single coat enhance the sparkling gloss.

GO-MAT

Go- Mat is solvent based smooth metallic matte spray Lacquer. With 3 component ratio of 1-Resin, 1-Hardner & 1-Catalyst. The curing temperature is 120° 30 minutes gives excellent coating performance. The nail scratch is a remarkable property. It is also known as satin matte in spray coating. Easy solubility of dyes & pigments in lacquer is prominent feature. Single coat spray gives good opacity.

SP-REX

SP-REX is a air Dry Spray Lacquer blended with specific dye. The chemistry is all formulated with Thermoplastic Acrylic Resins with special Additives. Hence the product has excellent color, Gloss, Gloss retention & exterior durability characteristics. Quick setting viz. excellent hardness after 1 to 1.30 hours on air dry. Finger touch property achieved in maximum 2 hour during summer. Non tackiness property achievable in 4 hour. A robust sustainable property we get in 7 days with moderate temperature. The product is designed to apply on all kinds of metals ferrous & non ferrous metals. The product is pre- mixed with dyes and available in Rose Gold, Gold Dye, Black Dye, Red Dye, Yellow Dye, Pink Dye, & etc. Pu Thinner is mandatory applicator for this. As such Thinner is supplied with the product on FOC Free Of Cost. The best Ratio for spray application is 45:55 i.e 45 Gm SP-Rex & 55 Gm PU Thinner for 100 Gm spray preparation. Before application SOP Standard Operating Procedure for spray is mandatory to follow.
