Dye Tank– For avoiding fingure touch lacquer stripping.

Clear Tank– To remove pin points.

SOLVENT 3

Dye Tank– To enhance dye colour.

Clear Tank– To get extra coating thickness.

FLOW CONTROL AGENT

Dye Tank– For gloss and shine.

Clear Tank– For free flow of coating.

AP-SOLVAY

Dye Tank– To be add as regular if permit RI is around 1.

Clear Tank– To be add as regular if permit RI is around 1.

RINSES

Post washing tank @ 1%.

PH STABILIZER

Add to lower the PH of the tank.

LACQUER STRIPPER

This product is used for removing the lacquer from lacquer coated surfaces in case of any issue in coating.

UF CLEANER

This material is used for cleaning Ultra-Filter used in CED Bath preparation for better performance.

MATEX-40SF

Matex-40SF is used to enhance matte finish by mixing in both DEE MATTE 80 & DX 60 MATTE.
